Parking 

There are two convenient options for parking for the conference this year: the Bryan Center Garage, and the Card Parking Lot near Wilson Gym.

• The Bryan Center Garage is located off Science Drive in Durham, NC (this option includes covered parking and closer proximity to our wine and cheese event Thursday, but is slightly trickier to navigate to Penn Pavilion for anyone who is map-challenged).

• The Card Parking Lot is located off Towerview Road in Durham, NC (this option is uncovered parking but very easy to navigate to Penn Pavilion).

• We will email you your permit. Be sure to print it out and bring it with you. Scan the barcode on your permit to enter the parking lot and then display the permit on your dash once you've parked. You will scan the permit once again to leave the lot.

• If your plans change and you need last-minute parking but didn't print your permit, try pulling up the permit on your phone to scan into the parking lot, and use the call button at the gate for assistance if needed.

• Walking from the Bryan Center Garage to Penn Pavilion: When you exit the parking lot, turn left away from Science drive, and walk until you reach Union Drive. Turn right on Union drive and the Penn Pavilion will be on your right. 

• Walking from the Card lot to Penn Pavilion: When you exit the parking lot, turn left on Towerview Rd, and walk until you reach Union Drive. Turn right on Union drive and the Penn Pavilion will be on your left. 

Walking from the hotel to the conference

The walk from The JB Duke Hotel to Penn Pavilion is 0.7 miles and will take about 15-16 minutes.

You can follow this link for directions between the hotel and Penn Pavilion. Penn Pavilion is a large glass building, right near the bookstore.
