
Thank you for your interest in the Psychology One Conference.
Attendance is limited to 100 participants to ensure an intimate and productive gathering. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendance is limited to people who teach or will soon teach introductory psychology at the college or high school level. Exceptions require approval of the conference organizer.
The registration fee is $135 for members of the Society for the Teaching of Psychology (membership will be verified - join here) and $165 for non-members. The registration fee includes the cost of all materials and meals supplied at the conference as well as parking if needed. Full registration refunds may be given until June 5th . After that date, no refunds can be given. Contact psychoneconference@duke.edu if you need to cancel your registration.
Our registration deadline is May 31. Please complete the form below to provide some information about yourself. Shortly after your form is submitted, you will receive a link to officially register.
In this form, we are also accepting proposals for presentations and facilitated discussions for this year's conference. You do not have to propose ideas to participate in the conference, but we encourage your contributions. Our deadline for full consideration of proposals is Friday, February 28th.

- A brief, 15-min interactive demonstration of a technique used in your classes
- A brief, 15-min presentation on research you have conducted on teaching and learning
- A focused, small-group discussion on a topic of interest that you will lead for 45-60 minutes
Authors of accepted proposals for presentations will have an opportunity to publish summaries of their presentations (1000 words or less) in the Society for Teaching of Psychology's e-book series: Teaching Tips: A Compendium of Conference Presentations on Teaching, 2020-21, edited by Suzie Baker.
